How did you get into CrossFit?

  • I was looking for a new challenge to keep me in shape that was also fun. Unexpected bonus, met some great people that made me look forward to coming to the gym!

What motivates your passion for fitness and healthy living? 

  • A great workout can turn a bad day around. Also, I love seeing my numbers improve!

What are some of the benefits you have seen from doing CrossFit?

  • The workouts have such variety that I’m always learning something new.

Why do you coach and what motivates you to teach? 

  • Coaching gives me the unique opportunity to help others learn and grow. That’s an amazing feeling!

What are some things you like to do outside of CrossFit?

  • Improv comedy, going to the movies, and roller skating (although I’m not very good yet).

What is your favorite food?

  • Jap Chae bowl with spicy pork!
